Set-up ACH EZ Pay Agreement Use this form to set up a recurring Automated Clearing House (ACH) draft from another financial institution to pay on a loan at First Flight.

Skip-A-Pay Form First Flight Federal Credit Union’s Skip-A-Pay program allows you to skip one (1) monthly payment on your loan each calendar year. In order to participate in this program, your First Flight membership must be in good standing, your loan must have been open for twelve (12) months, and all accounts must be current. A $25 processing fee is due at the time of application. This offer does not apply to loans secured by real estate, unsecured loans, revolving lines of credit, and commercial loans. Application must be received at least 10 days before the next scheduled due date.

Attorney in Fact Use this form if you are an agent exercising authority under a Power of Attorney to act on behalf of a First Flight member.
